Put the date in your diary! SWCC will be celebrating it's 60th anniversary year in 2006. The plans for the grand Anniversary dinner are well underway and it's time to book your place! The dinner will take place at The Manor Hotel, Crickhowell on Easter Sunday, 16th April 2006.

We will be having a three course sit down dinner (menu below), preceded by the president’s address and followed by after dinner speakers from the caving world. The dress code is formal so dress to impress!

Doors open 6.30pm for 7.15 sit down, and coach(es) will be booked for those who want transport there and back from Penwyllt. If you’d rather not travel back to the club and prefer to book a night of luxury there are some rooms available at the Manor Hotel and we have also attached a list of local B&Bs.

As I’m sure will be appreciated by the membership we have made sure that there will be barrels of suitable beer, wine is also available for the less traditional amongst us but should be pre-booked on the booking form.

The booking form is on the last page of the December newsheet - or you can download a copy here. It must be returned to Lel by 28th Feb 2006, along with your menu choices, coach booking and cheque. The cost for the dinner is £25 with optional £5 for the coarch from Penwyllt.
